Lindy - Menu Plan 04/06/2014

Last week, we had leftovers from the Chicken Wild Rice Supreme and Chiles Rellenos Casserole to eat Thursday and Friday nights.  Both were really good meals.  With that many leftovers, though, I didn't get to make Cheesy Hamburger Hash from Betty Crocker Quick and Easy, so I plan to make it tomorrow night.  The rest of the week includes:
Chicken Peach Dinner (Southern Living 1979)
Macaroni-and-Cheese Deluxe (Southern Living 1979)
Chicken Filling Luau (Southern Living 1979)

Tonight for breakfast for dinner, I made Baked Oatmeal.  There are several variations floating around the web, but I didn't use any of those.  I changed up a recipe that Audry brought home from one of her adventures.
