Audry - Menu Plan 3/9/2014

Last Week Recap:
Last week went slightly according to plan. Monday I made Texas Championship Chili. On Tuesday I used chili leftovers to make a cheesy chili pasta bake. I cooked whole wheat rotini noodles, mixed with the leftover chili and a little bit of cheese. I put more cheese on top and let it get melty in the oven. The chili got spicier overnight, so the boys complained about it being "too hot". I said too bad so sad eat your dinner. And also, here's some milk. Wednesday we ended up going out for dinner. There is a restaurant that does kids eat free on Wednesday nights. The Hubs had a doc appointment downtown in the afternoon. We all went with him and then went out to eat before they headed off for church. Thursday I made fiesta chicken in the crockpot. The Hubs and I had ours over lettuce and I made the boys' into quesadillas. They hated it, of course. Black beans. I know, I'm terrible.
Then Friday, we ordered pizza for the boys and the sitter and took Baby Girl out for sushi. Well...she didn't eat any, but...you know. We had fun going out for our anniversary! Saturday we had a family from Sunday School over for dinner.

This Week's Plan:
Sunday - biscuits and eggs
Monday - pork bbq sandwiches
Tuesday - J-Man's first baseball game! It's way late so we'll have plenty of time to eat before. I'm planning spaghetti right now.
Wednesday - burgers
Thursday - Italian enchiladas
Friday - homemade pizza

Looks like an Italian heavy week, so something might change late in the week.  We'll see! Hope you all have a great week!
