Pork Spaghetti Bake (Southern Living 1981)



The original recipe: 










  I edited it to be:
1 pound ground pork
1 pound pork sausage
Dried chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, minced
dried chopped garlic
 1 T. olive oil
1 6oz can tomato paste
1 can creamed corn
4+ oz shredded cheese
1/2 of the spaghetti from the regular sized box
1 t. sugar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
salt, pepper
sprinkle of Parmesan cheese


This was SO good! We will definitely be having it again. It's a winner in two main ways: 1 - I can make it the night before (perfect for this homeschooling mama with a 5 month old) and 2 - It makes enough for two dinners!
